Chase and his wife Amber started their booming elderberry business four years ago when Amber started using elderberry as a home remedy for their three children. Since that time, they have expanded the farm to five varieties of elderberries and selling an array of products including syrup, jelly, vinegar and live cuttings so other farmers across the country can grow their own elderberries.
