EP 311: Ashleybear’s Follow up with Viv

Listen Later

Host: Viv aka Sober_iThrive

Guest: Ashleybear

Ashley is based in Toronto and started her sobriety journey in October 2020. The intent was only to go for a few months, but quickly, she realized all the benefits: less anxiety, more energy, and better mental health overall. Ashley was amazed at the community's support and soon got involved in supporting herself and others. There was so much “love and vulnerability… I found myself connecting in ways I hadn’t before.” To give back to the community that had given so much to her, she started Potentialize Studio, where she creates video content aimed at amplifying the diverse stories of sobriety to eliminate the stigma so people don’t hesitate to reach out for help. At the center of it, each episode fosters connection, diversity, and community.
