Hello listeners! Summer has begun and the wheeling fun is happening. In this episode you get to hear about the work a dedicated group of volunteers did to keep our favorite trails open for another year of use. This work is necessary and is tirelessly and thanklessly done by hundreds of volunteers each year to keep these trails viable. This helps to ensure that the established trails are not bypassed due to down trees of other obstacles. It helps if everyone does there part and helps out by helping to educate each other on the importance of tread lightly and conservation of these beautiful recreational resources.
Also, be sure to get your fire permit for 2025. It’s easy to do and required if you want to use any open flames in the forests. Link is below.
Cheers!

Don’t forget to give us a review on Apple Podcasts. You’ll need to have an Apple account to post, but once you do, slide into our DM’s @wheelingwineandwhiskey on Instagram and we’ll send you a sticker so you can show you are a fan of one of the finest off-roading podcasts that exist.
You can call us and leave a voicemail. I’m not sure what happened with the section of the show notes with the number to call, but here it is: (408) 800-5169. Lorenzo would love to hear from you and we’ll play it on the show. How fun is that?!?
