Russell Grant has been a TV astrologer and personality for over 40 years. He helped launch breakfast TV in the UK and America, he has regularly writes the horoscopes for many British newspapers. He was the star of series 9 of Strictly Come Dancing in 2011 and now, he is guest number 33 on My Time Capsule and chats to Michael Fenton Stevens about the five things he'd like to put in a time capsule; four he’d like to preserve and one he’d like to bury and never have to think about again .
