David gets into what that is, the scriptural proof regarding theosis, and why other Christianities outside of Orthodoxy don't always emphasize it. We discuss the ever-so-important essence/energies distinction, and we relate much of these things to the Orthodox Saints. Many outside of Orthodoxy are troubled when they hear of "praying to Saints".
