Jason Hettler is known for specializing in speed development for both track athletes and field sport athletes. Currently Jason is the head Speed and Agility Coach at IMG Academy. Jason has immense technical knowledge of sprinting mechanics and we talked about how he begins applying these concepts with all the different age groups of athletes he is now in charge of.
