You may have noticed quite a few ch-ch-changes around here lately and today I’m opening up about all of them. Between the retirement of my Inner Circle and the birth of my new program, Grown-Up Gap year, I certainly stopped to wonder at times what all this change was for. After all, why fix it if it ain’t broke, right?

Wrong.

I’m taking a page out of my own book and getting curious, moving intuitively, and stepping into change from a place of love and not obligation. I’m approaching these changes with the same spirit I plan to instill in Gap Year, which is not about pulling out of life and obligation but showing up to everything in a new way.
