Roscoe Hightower, Jr., Ph.D. is Centennial Eminent Scholar Chair and Professor of Marketing and Facility Management at the Florida A&M University School of Business and Industry where he is focused on supporting FM higher education, students studying FM and related fields, conducting research critical to the profession, and increasing awareness of FM and making FM a career of choice. He is also an appointed EuroFM Ambassador for the United States with a goal to strengthen the European Facility Management Association community and therewith strengthen the FM profession worldwide. Mike Petrusky asks Roscoe about his holistic view of asset management and the strategic approach that he teaches his students while sharing his six step process to success in the marketplace today.
