Claudio Perlini, design background with a deep curiosity about the world of innovation, early adopter mindset. My main concern is about the way consensus can be driven in an age where the average Citizen can be plagued by emphasizing the fears of the future and the anxieties of this hyper-stressed society. Boulé is a new way to decentralize the decision making process, that will impact both one-person-one-vote poll than fractional vote (shareholders, board of directors,...). The long term vision is to run the first political election online on the blockchain to make easier, faster and more transparent all the process, in order to increase voters turnout and so reducing social tensions.
