Beau Martonik is joined by traditional bowhunter and Doctor of Physical Therapy Meredith Powroznik. Traditional bowhunting is a family tradition for Meredith, having learned from her father and brothers at a young age. Through that, she has learned a lot of lessons “the hard way.” They discuss getting into traditional hunting as a female, injury prevention and body maintenance for hunters, learning the basics of traditional archery, longbow vs. recurve, the little details that matter when getting extremely close to deer, rollercoaster track jobs, and a hilarious first deer story.
