Grecia vulnerably shares how her body once felt like a prison, she felt captive by her own mind and controlled by fear constantly feeling like life was an internal battle. In not knowing where to turn she had to face the darkest corners of her soul and her past and the true knowing that there was more to life, that it was possible to live authentically, alive and free by diving into the fears, judgements and uncomfortable emotions of anger and shame only to guide her into her own liberation.

This is what it means to live life fully alive to meet all emotion from a place of awe and beauty to access even more liberation of self and expression.
