Normally I like to keep these segments around 30 minutes. But this was a really serious discussion with Jo11 concerning her struggles recently in her sober journey and I just didn't want to stop. Jo11 is fighting several battles at once. Obviously her addiction, then accepting where she's at in her journey, battling self esteem and then hormones on top of everything else.

Jo11, Thank you for coming on the Sobertown Podcast and talking about all this. I know you well, you're way out of your comfort zone and you still did this hoping to help someone else! That's Selflessness!
