“If you’re salmon/steelhead fishing anywhere in Idaho and you take someone with you, whether it’s an in or out of state person, is it legal if the person you brought with you has had no luck and you happen to hook a fish and let him reel it in? Is that legal, and if so would you tag the fish under you own tag or the person you brought?”
