On this episode of The Go Crazy Podcast we sit down to recap Bart's experience at the Bryce Canyon 100 Mile Ultramarathon. Although he came in 19th overall, it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. Just a few days removed from sickness he had to battle fatigue, sleep deprivation, and unexpected knee pain that started at mile 28. This race is an incredible example of the message we try to share through Go Crazy.
