I want to walk this with you: the breakup. The process, the decision, the after math. I want to be honest about the evolution and how it gets to be, where it gets to go, and how it can be a healing portal. It hasn't always been this way. There are days when I throw tantrums and let my victim mode come into place.. 

And then there are days when I use the tools discussed in this episode to put all the pieces together, heal, and lead boldly. 

My wish for you is to reclaim your power and let yourself truly feel into this chapter of the in-between.
