There are five types of hunger... and four of them are emotional hunger.

 

Jennifer Dent Brown, Health and Life Coach, joins me today to walk through what hunger feels like and how to recognize the type of hunger you are feeling.

 

We dive into the idea that no foods are off-limits and you can decide individually what foods give you energy and what foods create sluggishness for you.

 

We're talking about weight loss drugs and the pitfalls that may happen when we use only those drugs as a solution and we don't address our emotional eating issues.

 

Eating with intention is key.  If you want to eat something, do it! Just know why.
