Welcome to Reading Revisited, a place for friends to enjoy some good old-fashioned book chat while revisiting the truth, beauty, and goodness we’ve found in our favorite books.
Dr. DANIEL McINERNY serves as associate professor and Chair of the Philosophy Department at Christendom College in Front Royal, VA. His book Beauty & Imitation: A Philosophical Reflection On The Arts, was published last year through Word on Fire Academic, and was hailed by Dr. Peter Kreeft as “literally the best book on beauty that I have ever read.” In addition to his academic endeavors, Dr. McInerny has also published works of fiction including his 2023 novel, The Good Death of Kate Montclair, and an upcoming play called The Actor. Dr. McInerny can also be found on Substack at his publication The Comic Muse, which we will be sure to share in our show notes.
