Not many of us were childhood cult-survivors like my guest Mischelle, however most of us can identify with being in or knowing people in an unhealthy relationship.  Toxic relationships vary in severity, but knowing what to look for and how to respond to keep yourself safe and thriving is important.  In today's episode, Mischelle shares her story about surviving a cult as a child, and we dig into how, as adults, to recognize when a relationship is unhealthy, and how to walk through healing and draw healthy boundaries that will protect you and others.  Whether you've had mildly unhealthy relationships, or severely abusive ones, there's something good in this episode for you!  If you know someone who you feel may be in an unhealthy relationship, would you send them this episode?  Mischelle and I both are passionate about helping women love themselves well by walking in wisdom and healthy relationships, and sometimes that means knowing when to get out, or when to draw boundaries.
