The feeling of losing control… I know it all too well. Having struggled with OCD, it was a massive part of my journey. But it also comes up in everyday life—we feel like we are losing our grip, so we try to control things from the outside by taking action… out of panic… out of a lack of control.

But what if, in reality, trying to control something is actually causing you to lose even more control? Have you ever thought about that? Because when we feel like we are losing control, we actually haven’t lost control at all—since we are literally creating everything around us. It’s simply a perspective shift that we need to make and a reconnection to how we create without trying to control.
