In this episode we interview Gilbert, a Southern California School District police officer. Gilbert's hiring story is great as well! He applied at 28 departments and was non-selected 27 times!! He decided to part-time self-sponsor for 11 months at a local college academy and was hired. This is a great story of resiliency and knowing he was called to police work!
