Time may soften the hurt, but it doesn’t erase the need for an apology. In this episode, I talk about how people often use time to brush over their behavior instead of taking accountability. We’ve all had those moments when someone’s hurtful, and 20 minutes later, they’re acting completely normal, like it never happened???

I don’t know what was in Adele’s water when she wrote Water Under the Bridge, but it’s NOT that simple. Healing doesn’t come with an expiration date, and there’s no timeline for feeling what you need to feel.
