We'd really appreciate if you can give this show a review wherever you're listening or watching.
After a fairly sedentary lifestyle of smoking and very little exercise, at the age of 40, Mark Symes began running.
Soon realising that he possessed an ability to run fast, he focussed on the track, and eventually found himself competing in both European and World Masters Championships in the often turbulent 800 and 1500 metre finals.
I sat down with Mark at his home in Southern England, to discuss his journey from 40 to now and how great running in later life is something that we can all aspire to.
