The House settlement has been preliminarily approved, but the lawsuits have not stopped. Over the last few months, we've seen former college stars, including Reggie Bush, Mario Chalmers, Terrelle Pryor, Braylon Edwards, and Denard Robinson, bring lawsuits claiming that they were and continue to be deprived of their right to earn money for the use of their NIL.
Jim Acho, longtime sports law attorney and professor of sports law, represents Denard Robinson, Braylon Edwards, and other Michigan stars in their lawsuits against the NCAA and the Big Ten.
