He reflects on his 6 years on SWAT, his role as a street crimes and patrol supervisor, and the responsibility of mentoring new officers as an FTO. Once TikTok-famous as a dancing cop, Mike has since rebranded and now operates one of the top meme pages in the law enforcement community, using humor to shine a light on the highs and lows of a dangerous and serious profession.
