In this week's episode Lauren shares 5 Things She Failed at While Growing My Beauty Business.

1. Lauren played it far too safe when she went into her first Commercial Salon Space. She was playing too small.
2. Lauren offered a wide range of services as opposed to going with her gut and niching-down her service offerings.
3. Lauren worked way too much and allowed herself to burn out (on more than one occasion).
4. Lauren lacked solid boundaries with Clients and solid boundaries with her Team. Poor boundaries pave the road to Burnout City.
5. Lauren resisted delegating tasks and responsibilities to her Team for far too long. She had to learn not to be a Control Freak.
