My coaching client today is Alicia Dattner and she's a force of nature. She's a comedienne, an online course creator, an author, and she also has many other creative and business projects.

Sometimes business owners who have so many business projects can get stuck in chaos and Alicia is experiencing some chaos.

She needs to find a way to channel her energy from her many mundane tasks into containment during certain days and times of the week.

For many business owners there can be an endless drip of something to do – marketing, emails to write, clients to schedule, etc. The list goes on and on. When these important business tasks are undone, it can lead to chaos.

The remedy is simple but it's not always easy.
