Affirmations are an empowering way to reprogram the brain and get the neuropathways in a groove that is more in alignment with what you want, rather than what you may be telling yourself with negative thought loops.

It can take 21 days to build a habit or strengthen mental muscles, so I encourage you to say affirmations every day for 3 weeks.

Affirmations can also help motivate actions so notice and act on any inspired actions that may come to mind as you build this 21-day "healthy relationship to money" habit.

This week, I'm releasing an update with one of the first Business Pathfinder coaching clients from last year!

This is the orginal episode that aired last year. If you haven't yet heard it, here it is for you to listen to before the update gets released this week.

Delisa is an artist who has an artist space but it's not quite right for her needs in large part because it's tucked away in the back of another building.

She's mulling over the possibility of wanting to find an art space where she could potentially sell her art, and have her friends sell their art too and create a feeling of community with the space. However, she doesn't want to have to be there all the time, the way she felt when she had a commercial space years ago.

In this session we explore a lot of different perspectives and ideas so she can step into her vision in a different way.

Today's episode is with a woman named "Jackson Hole Rose".

She lives in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and she has two distinctly different businesses – one is a nature guide who leads people on hikes during the summer and snowshoeing during the winter.

The other business is helping female business owners become more visible, comfortable and confident on camera when they do live streaming for their business.

Rose wants to be a role model for her clients and is interested in being an influencer. In this session we explore why she wants to be an influencer and (more importantly) what may be her true desire.

Veronika lives in Prague and is a intuitive 'reader' who works with individuals and groups. Her business is successful in the Czech Republic but she'd like to expand her reach to be an international business.

Her biggest dream is to sing and teach her "Light Language" which is similiar to sound healing. According to Veronika, Light Language helps heal and soothe the nervous system. (You'll hear her sing her Light Language on the episode, it's such a treat!)
