I love taking classes when I travel, because I meet the greatest people. I met this week's guest when I was in LA last year, and found a cycling spot on ClassPass. Just goes to show that you can meet the best people by putting out into the world what you want to get back. (shoutout Caitlyn for that mantra at the end of this week's ep!)
