You'll hear how my unhealthy relationship with training and nutrition began, how I struggled with my body image, how competing in a bodybuilding competition turned my life upside down, and how I spent 10 years chasing a toned, Victoria's Secret model body in the worst way possible.
From eating carrots until I turned yellow in high school to trying the most outrageous workouts to get lean, to eventually discovering strength training in my 20s, I’ll tell you everything!
