Amendment 7 was approved for public comment Wednesday afternoon. For all those who want striped bass on the road to recovery, it was a win. In fact, instead of constantly fending off attempts to weaken management, we can now go on the offense and strengthen core conservation measures. In this episode, ASGA President Capt.
