In this episode, we sit down with coffee virtuoso Justin Enis.  Justin walks us through the timeline of his coffee journey, which started with “No thanks, man,  I don’t drink coffee” to the Director of Coffee Operations for Fuel America. We learn about what makes a properly roasted coffee bean, different methods of harvesting and processing, and that a coffee bean is actually some type of cherry seed. Justin also tells us the importance of the water you are brewing with and how new technology has made better options to correct less-than-ideal water situations.
