A warm welcome to my new series Awaken, Heal & Transform! In this first episode, I discuss what my vision is for this channel, giving you an understanding of the types of topics I will be diving into throughout the weekly episodes.

I briefly tap into the importance of being an observer and not an absorber. In our world today we are overly consumed by external information via social media, the media, radio, etc, and how I believe that within all of this if not careful we find ourselves losing who we truly are and forgetting that we ourselves are our greatest teachers.
