He tells us how it was a long-time dream to create his own haunted house and how he started with the development of Feartown in Seekonk, Massachusetts. We learn how the process works throughout the year to create new haunts and attractions. We discuss the differences between what you can do in an outdoor haunt vs. an indoor haunt and how it has been great for Mike and his team to now also have an indoor location, Factory of Terror, in Fall River, MA.
