It was a sunny day in Delphi & the perfect weather for two young friends to take a walk along the Monon High Bridge to enjoy their day off school.

But when 13 year old Abigail (Abby) Williams & 14 year old Liberty (Libby) German were dropped off at the trail head on the afternoon of February 13th 2017 , they were never seen alive again.

Hundreds of volunteers in Delphi & law enforcement came from all over & joined forces to find the two missing girls, until their bodies were sadly discovered the following day. Two young lives stolen. But who could be responsible for such a brutal, horrific crime?

When it was revealed Libby had recorded audio and a video of their killer on her phone it seemed that 'the man from the bridge' would be caught quickly.

Instead for 5 years everyone was left asking the question 'Who is Bridge Guy" & who amongst the people of Delphi could do something like this?

Finally in 2022 married father of one Richard M Allen was arrested for the murders of Libby & Abby , and as the date of his trial draws near we are all left wondering how could such a seemingly normal man allegedly be responsible for the murders of two innocent young girls, and how did he hide in plain sight all along....?
