In this episode, I'm going to get a little more personal with you. If you listened to my first episode, you know a little bit about my story and that I used to struggle with OCD when I was younger.
You might not have thought it, but this ended up having a big impact on my fitness journey and led to developing an eating disorder. Not only that, but my obsessive behavior when I first started out in fitness all ties back to this.
I'm sharing this with you because, even though you might not have OCD, I see it a lot—people on their fitness journeys struggling with obsessive and extreme behaviors. In this episode, I will tell you what I learned from that and how damaging this can be!
