I'm going to ask you to find a very specific moment in your past, one that is incredibly helpful in showing you examples within your own life, in which your relationship with food hadn't collided with the body image messaging we receive day in and day out. We'll see how this exercise and this moment can be hugely helpful in improving our relationship with food.
