Multifamily investors often seek freedom utilizing OPM (other people's money). However, when striving for freedom, there's something every investor must be cautious of: Being controlled by Other People's Expectations (OPE). The path to freedom and the life of your dreams begins with an inward choice.
Michelle Oppelt is an expert on navigating OPE. Pursuing her passions, which sometimes raised brows, Michelle forged her own path resulting in her company Smartycat Kids, a transformative cross-country trip with her kids and dog and venturing into multifamily investing.
Newer to the multifamily space, Michelle is seasoned at forging a path to success and is well on her way! One of her initial contributions came when she noticed the small number of women at a conference. Conversation with fellow attendees Candice Pilgrim and Chat Sarmiento-Steinwald led to the founding of the Multifamily Women's Mastermind group. This growing and thriving group is open to interested women investors. Connect through their Facebook group or email Michelle directly [email protected]
