As you know I’ve been practicing MBSR, mindfulness based stress reduction, for many years now, and it’s not only been life changing, but it’s also had its ebbs and flows, as with everything in these imperfect lives we live.
Today I share what the journey has been like for me, how something knocked me off my meditation game this past year, and how easily you can get back on that horse. I also share two amazing meditations designed to ground you and help you find your center in the midst of a stressful period. I also talk about three things to consider when stress is persistent and keeps coming back, and I introduce a concept we’ll be talking about in next week’s episode: the moment of awareness.
