Holly and Molly are on holiday this week so we bring you a special, longer length interview with combat veteran SGT Vegan. He shares his experiences of going vegan 30 years ago to annoy his mum and watching the events of 9/11 unfold on the TV and immediately deciding to join the US military.

He explains what it was like being on the front line in Afghanistan and why he believes women are not necessarily more compassionate than men, before delving into what he ate when no vegan meals were provided and his views on cognitive dissonance and why veganism sometimes makes people angry.
