John Battaglia was a handsome, charming and well-educated accountant living in downtown Dallas Texas. Though viewed by friends and colleagues as a loving, doting father to his daughters, John had a much darker side.

In May 2001, newly divorced from his second wife Mary Jean Pearle, he would unleash that dark side in an ultimate and fatal act of revenge.
