And then in part 2, we're joined by duathlon gold medalist and Vegan Runner Lisa Gawthorne, who attributes 20 years of veganism to her success. We discuss Lisa's addictive personality and dedicated mindset, how she finds time to train despite running a large vegan food business and how she avoids burn out and overwhelm.
The athlete shares with us what she eats in a day (hint: it's A LOT!) along with tips on carb loading before training and protein for recovery. Lisa is also a proud member of Vegan Runners, the UK's fastest growing running club, and hopes to achieve some PBs whilst repping the club this year to celebrate her 20th veganiversary.
