It was August 1990, when a disturbed & dangerous killer was on the prowl in Gainesville Florida. Over the space of just 4 days he went on a grisly murder spree sexually assaulting & killing 5 young students after creeping into their homes. This deviant killer would subject them to the most terrifying ordeal before ultimately killing them & posing the bodies in such a way that it even shocked & traumatised police officers who discovered the scene . The gruesome, bloody crime scenes he left behind earned him the moniker ‘The Gainesville Ripper and the horror movie franchise ‘Scream’ was inspired by him. Once he was caught it was uncovered that not only had he murdered the 5 students , but he had in fact killed other victims, he was a more prolific serial killer than anyone had even realised . And now, from prison he was finally ready to talk about it (& even write a book about it) in between writing some of his dreadful country music songs.
