Probably.  Fed Chair Jerome Powell is expected to cut rates for the first time all year, and is also expected to cut more soon after.  This is the downward momentum of interest rate cuts we have been waiting for.  Do you know what happens to markets when this occurs?  Do they go up or down?  If you didn't immediately answer "both", you need to give me your next 21 minutes ASAP.
