At the center of this horrifying tale stood Omaima Nelson, a former Egyptian-born model, whose appalling choices ultimately drew comparisons to notorious figures like Jeffrey Dahmer. On the heels of suffering unimaginable abuse and violence as a child, Omaima’s adult life was marked by a spectacle of dismemberment, cannibalism, and grotesque behavior that left both investigators and the public in a state of absolute disbelief.  Intriguing, horrifying, and deeply unsettling, this disturbing case is considered one of the most gruesome crimes ever committed in Orange County, California.
