Big show today, and Marko tries to call in the push-up challenge from The Ox over the guest(s) who now will not be named. Ox blames Centre Half Forwards and Forwards, claiming that they are unreliable, although he does believe that they are the guys who 'get stuff done' more than any other position on an footy team.
The Ox has a question about Civil Selfishness to do with his upcoming trip to Bali to get colonics and some relaxation. He has some new togs. Unfortunately for everyone who will see him on the trip, he likes budgie smugglers. He has bought coloured budgies - yellow and purple spotted budgies, and he wants to know if wearing those in public is civil selfishness.
Marko has an issue with bike lanes and cyclists. This could go pear-shaped when Marko refers so (some) cyclists as 'selfish mongrels' if they don't ride in the middle of the bike lane. The Ox believes that his business idea from an earlier pod on car horns that can be personalised is the perfect solution. Marko goes a step further, and believes cyclists wearing lycra at coffee shops is not on as he can see everything.
But this is their view - you may be a cyclist with a different perspective. Let us know and we'll get you on. Marko makes the statement that cyclists are most selfish group of any cohort in Australia. Ox has another business idea - which isn't bad. Glow in the dark bike frames.
Marko has been scarred for life. He explains an incident that happened to him at Kerrimuir Primary School that he has carried with him forever, and he believes has scarred him for life. He tells a story about a mate who was scarred for life from a school incident as well. Ox shares his 'scarred for life' story; an incident which he believes has made him scared of heights. Marko was never the same after watching Jaws. Ox has also had an incident with Hubba Bubba which ended badly.
If you've been scarred for life due to some incident, let us know on socials or send a voicemail here, we'd love to hear about it.
We discover that Marko is a hypocrite. He won't eat strawberries, but one of Allens Lollies biggest selling products may involve strawberries.
We ran a poll recently on some bad behaviour from The Ox, and you have let him have it, we give the results and hear your comments. And there's lots of other feedback from the family members, we love it, keep it coming. Marko decides that he loves the word 'flog' and believes we need to use it more, but he is curious about who uses the word 'aghast'.
Marko lowers the cone of silence to tell a story that can never be told in public to do with throwing a certain thing out of car windows. The Ox reckons Markos behaviour his a disgrace, and he may well be right.
We spin the wheel and it lands on a surprising category. Not sure how this happens continually, and this joke is one that requires the cone of silence.
