In this concluding part to the Menendez Brothers case, we discuss the two trials and the verdicts it took to finally sentence brothers Lyle & Erik for the murder of their parents Jose & Kitty. We also look at the evidence that was not allowed to be submitted in their second trial. If indeed it had been included, it suggests the Menendez brothers were in-fact telling the truth all along and the outcome could have been very different for them . It alludes to the fact that they had been subjected to years of mental, physical, & sexual abuse at the hands of their powerful, dominant father Jose. Also we delve into the possibility of perhaps a new trial which could shed light on new, strong evidence that has recently come to light. This includes the revelation by ex boyband member Roy Rosello that he too had been raped & sexually assaulted by none other than Jose Menendez as a young boy. Along with a letter that’s emerged from the past corroborating the brothers claims that they had repeatedly been abused by their father. With all that in mind could an early release for the brothers finally become a real possibility after 33 years behind bars? Do they deserve another shot at life, or should they spend the rest of their lives in prison for their crime?
