I’ve been avoiding making this episode. I don’t necessarily believe in disability, I believe in people and people have diverse abilities.

The thing that enables or disables any individual is the environment in which they exist. The legal, cultural, social, physical, mental, emotional environments we live and work in are the places that either dampen our potential or allow us to flourish.
