We all know how challenging it can be to feel confident in a society that constantly shifts the goalposts of beauty ideals.  Finding beauty beyond the mirror and nurturing self-worth that transcends our physical appearances is the key to survival.  In todays episode, we’re talking about how our children are watching us, picking up on our cues, and, sometimes without us even realizing it, they're learning to navigate their own self-esteem journeys based on what they see in us.
