This week Ox revisits his childhood trauma of Mary Schwarz buying him a Bumblebee bike, rather than a Mongoose or Redline. Marko asks that Mary comes on the pod and Ox needs to forgive her. Ox refuses, unless his mother apologises. Marko reminds him that this is exactly the same as when Ox was annoyed with golfers who had hit a hole in one before he hit one.

Ox then tells us about his forthcoming yabbying trip at a dam on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria. He is keen to use rabbit as bait, but is disappointed that he can't find rabbits anywhere. Marko is keen to know what the best way to cook a rabbit is, and is keen for any Couple of Blokes family member to let us know. Ox then tells us that he has discovered KFC recipes on TikTok, has tried it - and reckons it's pretty close. Marko is amazed that Mackas tastes exactly the same in every country. Ox then poses the 'last meal' question - from Mackas or KFC what would you choose? Ox and Marko are surprised when Third Man tells a story about his mate Joey always asking for extra seasoning on chips at KFC, they didn't know that you could.

We discuss the best way to make a billy kart from when we were kids, we discover that Ox and Marko both had different approaches to their 'billy kart building'. Which leads Ox back onto bikes when he was a kid....he seriously is a broken record on this whole bike thing. Enough is enough. But he does reveal that he wants to buy a kitted out vintage bike to have. Conversation turns to cars, Ox and Third Man are massive fans of the VL Commodore. Marko loves Mustangs. We're yakking about quirky things that people buy that appreciate in value, and we want to know what you have?

We chat to family member Horrie who doesn't want to be a hero, but.....he's got a ripping story and Ox and Marko will pass judgement on whether Horrie is in fact a hero. Marko doesn't believe that Wingmen get enough credit for the great work they do, and feels we need a T-Shirt and a Hall of Fame.

Marko then raises a Civil Selfishness issue to do with his daughter, who is on her L’s, and in process of the story tells us why his wife Trish is a shocking driver.

Ox brings up an issue that arose on Christmas and Boxing Day when he had a couple of big gatherings at his joint. There was a plumbing problem, requiring making an appointment for a plumber. Who then didn’t turn up when they said they would. Ox calls this Civil Selfishness that tradies are so bad at communicating when they’re running late, although Marko reckons the ones he's used are very good.

Feedback aplenty. And there is a question for Marko about an issue with the Allens family company to do with Jaffas, Marko reveals some news about Jaffas that may or may not be confidential. He has heard it direct from Grandpa Rupert.

We have a few comments on the Frasier vs Cheers debate - which is better. And then a conversation around Married With Children. Ox loves it, Marko doesn’t quite get it, Third Man doesn’t rate it.

As usual, we end on a joke and this week it’s a joke about plumbers.
