Taylor Persello is on staff at Genesis Church in Spokane, WA as the Operations Executive. She also serves on the team with Leading Second. Taylor leads from the second chair in her local church and loves encouraging and pouring into leaders to help the church move forward. Her husband works as a firefighter and together they have a 2 year old girl named Ellie, an 8 month old boy named Peter, and a dog named Indiana Jones.
